Bill Fenton opened Toyota/Volvo of Keene in 1986. In 1991, Honda was added to the family, along with Hyundai in 2001 and Subaru in 2006. Bill currently lives in Keene with his wife JoAnn, and his two children, Kaitlin and Donovan. Bill spends his free time skiing, mountain biking, and automobile racing.

Matt has worked for Fenton Family Dealerships since 1997. What started as a summer job in 1996 has turned into a satisfying career for Matt with each day bringing something new. In his role, one of his duties is overseeing the large, ever changing pre-owned inventory the Fenton Family Dealerships has to offer. Matt enjoys providing support to all the sales teams to help find and prepare the perfect vehicle for each customer. Outside of work Matt is interested in all things racing and has been since he was a kid. As a third generation race car driver he currently runs an open-wheel modified car in a touring division around New England. Matt lives in Richmond with his wife.

Best described as calm, cool and collected, Amanda Hill joined Volvo Cars Keene and the Fenton Family Dealerships in 2018.  Amanda  is enjoying this opportunity to meet new folks and the challenge of turning what, to many, can be the most dreaded part of the car buying process into the most enjoyable and stress-free. She has come to feel at home with crunching numbers and cutting through the legal finance and insurance jargon for her customers to get straight to what matters most to them.

Joel has been at Toyota of Keene since 2006 and has been selling cars for over 14 years.  Before car sales, Joel was in the Hotel/Hospitality industry in which he worked in both Stowe, Vermont and Steamboat Springs, Colorado.  In Joel's spare time he loves to travel with his wife, Tanya, and loves just about everything the great outdoors has to offer.

Jaime joined the Toyota/Volvo team in early 1996 and for over 22 years has sold thousands of cars and in the process has made hundreds of friends. He is a firm believer in the notion that you must love what you sell. With that philosophy in mind Jaime has owned numerous Volvos and Toyotas.  He has had extensive training with both Volvo and Toyota including two trips to the home of Volvo (Göteborg, Sweden) One in the summer of 1998 for the worldwide launch of the flagship S-80.  He returned in 2011 to revisit the area. Another trip took him to Princeton Indiana for a week of advanced Tundra training at Toyota Motor Manufacturing Indiana . As Jaime's customers know, the sale is just the beginning of truly exceptional customer service.  He enjoys spending time with his family and grandchildren.  He lives in Walpole with his wife, Julie.

Shawn has over 35 years experience successfully aligning customers with the perfect product for their individual needs and budget. A long time customer, he has owned assorted high-line European cars and literally dozens of Toyotas. Working at TVK allows him to combine his passion for the automobile industry with a product and dealership he obviously strongly believes in. "Buying a car should be fun and exciting. I know from my own purchases that the positive experience of buying at TVK is just the beginning when you drive off the lot in your new car". When not at work he can be found buried in the constant restoration of his 1800's home in Walpole or restoring classic cars with his wife and boys.

Ned has been a Sales Consultant at Toyota/Volvo of Keene since 2002. He enjoys meeting and consulting with customers to help them choose their next vehicle. He has been happily married to his wife Joanne since 1985. He has 2 sons, 2 step-sons, and is a Grandfather. Ned loves listening to classic Rock and Folk music.

After having successful positions in healthcare sales, customer relations and restaurant ownership, David Cox has found matching vehicles with his customer's needs the most satisfying of all of his career stops. What started as a temporary position in 2008 has turned into a position which allows David the chance to help those who find themselves in the market for a car or truck in an atmosphere of no pressure buying and complete knowledge through every step of the purchasing process. Having worked at other dealerships in the region, David is quick to point out that buying a vehicle from Toyota Volvo of Keene is easy, professionally approached and stress free.

" I try to put myself in my customer's shoes. I do this every day where most of my customers purchase cars every 5 to 10 years. So listening is key to understanding  their unique situations and finding the right vehicle for them. Selling Toyotas and Volvos also helps!"

Away from work David enjoys his family time, the 2 rounds of golf he plays each season and traveling. When asked, David admits his goal with every customer is to provide "a perfect experience." David is quietly passionate about car sales and taking care of his customers.

Mitch started selling Volvos in 1997, in Lebanon, NH. In 1999 he chose to move to the local Toyota Dealership in White River Jct., VT, where he quickly became the noted expert on hybrid vehicles, selling hundreds to customers in VT and NH. Integrity and product knowledge have always been the driving forces of his success. In 2011, Mitch got married and moved into the Keene area, and two years later decided to move his job closer to home, finding Toyota/Volvo of Keene to be a perfect fit. He is happily married to Danielle, and together they have eight children. He likes to volunteer, play golf, volleyball, and scuba dive, as well as ride his motorcycle. Mitch and Danielle both drive a Prius.

George started with Fenton Family Dealerships in 2007 and helped start our Customer Care Center in 2011. He now assists within the day to day operations of our stores. He is passionate about cars and the automobile business. George loves learning new ways we can grow as a local business and make changes to offer our customers a better, world-class experience. Stop into any of our stores, and you just might run into him!

Cathy Gannoe started working in the Customer Care Center when she moved back to Keene NH in 2011 after living in Myrtle Beach SC for a few years.  She enjoys having the ability to speak and interact with customers and being able to help find them exactly the right new vehicle they will love by being able to work for all of the Fenton Family Dealerships.  When she's not at work she enjoys spending her time with friends and family, riding her downhill mountain bike, adding to her record collection and going to concerts.
